Does anyone know of any support groups in the lower mainland (white Rock / Vancouver) aimed for the family members who support someone in their family with an abi?

I'm new to British Columbia and I'd like to know wht types of helmets are approved by BC. In California all approved helmets include the DOT (Department of Transportation) emblem. Is there a regulatory body here that manages the sale and labeling of appropriate helmets?
