Research Reviews: Brain Health and Nutrition is a group for anyone with brain injury that is looking for new ways to challenge their minds, is interested in brain health research and would like to engage in a group discussion with other brain injury survivors! If this sounds like you, come join us for this cognitive challenge at the Watson Centre Society for Brain Health on every 2nd Friday from 12:00-1:30pm.
Each month we will review a scientific research article or TedTalk related to brain injury rehabilitation, neuroscience, brain health or nutrition! Nutrition-related topics will cycle every other month. You will learn how to uncover useful tips and information from research articles by critically reading scientific research and engaging in an active discussion about the article. Join us to learn new tips for supporting your recovery, all while being in a supportive group setting with like-minded individuals!
