Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there are restrictions in place to prevent the spread of the virus. Because of these restrictions, the Sea to Sky Aphasia Camp cannot be held in person. As a result, Sea to Sky Aphasia Camp will be online for 2020! We have made this decision with health and safety of all camp participants in mind: campers, students, volunteers, and staff.
To participate in our Virtual Sea to Sky Aphasia Camp, you need to have access to:
- A computer, tablet, or smart phone with a video camera and a
microphone. - A stable internet connection.
- A quiet room where you can join the virtual camp.
If you are NOT familiar with using Zoom or online meetings, we can help you and provide one-on-one Zoom training prior to camp.
Note: you may experience “Zoom Fatigue” during the virtual camp. Online meetings require more focus than in-person meetings. If you feel tired, or have difficulty focusing, feel free to take a break
