All Complete Concussion Management (CCMI) recognized clinics and healthcare practitioners are connected through the CCMI Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System. This system provides an efficient and easy-to-use platform to administer and document multimodal baseline testing, post-injury concussion assessments, clinical notes, access to physician and specialist referral networks, and various concussion protocols. Patients can access their medical file and consistent care at any CCMI location.

The EMR system is integrated with the Concussion Tracker App and connects sports organizations, coaches, trainers, schools and patients to the treating healthcare practitioner. Therefore, everyone is on the same page when a concussion occurs.
