Parallel Yoga offers Chair Yoga, which is suitable for all ages, fitness levels and physical conditions. This series is especially adapted for seniors (55 and older) at any level of health and fitness, and is also recommended for those with arthritis, osteoporosis, cancer (in-recovery), knee and weight issues, multiple sclerosis, post-op rehabilitation, and others with limited mobility.
