After Stroke, a program of March of Dimes Canada is a national service offering support, education and community programs for stroke survivors, their caregivers and families. In British Columbia, the Stroke Recovery Association of British Columbia (SRABC) is an affiliate of After Stroke. After Stroke connects stroke survivors with a network of support that can help them reclaim their independence, their sense of community and their ability to thrive. Some of their services include:

The Warmline (1-888-540-6666) is a tool to connect survivors and caregivers and give people a chance to talk with someone who has been through a similar circumstance.
